I’ve been a patient at Invision Optometry for over 10 years, and I keep going back for a simple reason: they’re professional, caring, and genuinely attentive. No matter who’s on staff at the moment, the culture always feels patient-first, which says a lot about how the practice is run. Over the years I’ve seen a few doctors as others retired, and my current doctor is Dr. Andrea Meagher. She’s smart, personable, and very thorough. She explains things clearly, asks the right questions, and keeps the exam light with a good sense of humor—even while getting through the classic “number one or number two” routine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Invision Optometry to anyone looking for solid, trustworthy vision care.
Staff was very friendly, explained each test and results and Doctor was great as usual. Provided detailed explanations to all my questions and concerns. I will happily remain a patient. Highly recommended
Dr. O and Brenda are the best in the business!!! Dr. O explained all findings clearly, and provided a thorough exam. She is the utmost professional! Brenda is a wonderful technician and has a kick-ass personality.
Took my 4-year-old son to Invision Optometry for his first eye exam after the school district said he failed their vision assessment. The team at Invision was amazing. They took their time, made my son feel comfortable, and never rushed the appointment. Big shout out to Brenda for being so kind and welcoming. I walked away feeling confident that my son was in great hands. Highly recommend this place to everyone!
This is a first class medical facility. Each member of the staff was exceptionally qualified for their role. As an octogenarian, I have worked with many medical facilities. None match Invision Optometry.
Today was my last visit for my IPL treatments. Dr. Ordonez, as usual, is very thorough and was pleased with my progress. She always discusses next steps to ensure I get complete comfort with my dry eye issues. She has worked with me for several years regarding this, and I feel lucky that she cares so much to make it right for my comfort. ALL of the employees here are amazing, helpful, happy and always have a smile!
My experience at Invision Optometry today was awesome! Every person I spoke with was extremely pleasant and professional. As mentioned in other reviews, the office is modern and attractive, and staff all went above and beyond to explain every step of the process, from checking in/reviewing insurance benefits with the receptionist to reviewing my health history, doing preliminary tests, and informing me about everything that was going to happen during my exam, as well as afterward. Dr. Ordonez was very pleasant and professional, and took great care during the appointment and asked me multiple times if I had any questions. The same was true of her assistant and others who assisted me before, during, and after the exam was completed. There was no pressure to buy anything I didn't want to buy, which was much appreciated. I look forward to returning to Invision Optometry next time!
My visit went well. Checked in, there were no delays. Receptionist was very kind, she greeted me as well. James and my doctor Andrea were wonderful. Everyone offered me a drink while i waited. The place was very clean. I have no complaints. They made me feel very welcome.
