A great experience at Invision Optometry. Very friendly staff and dedicated parking made the appointment simple. The exam was thorough and the selection of frames was excellent. And anything they don't have, they can order for you. The glasses I got arrived quickly and are perfect. They've been happy to make minor adjustments in fit after the purchase. Don't forget to recycle your old frames.
From walking in to walking out, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, efficient but not rushed. Got all my questions answered, and got set up with some great glasses for another year.
From the moment you walk up the stairs, you're warmly greeted and immediately offered a cup of coffee. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. They have a great selection of sunglasses and eyeglasses to choose from. We love the entire team, but Caroline consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit a wonderful experience. Her exceptional customer service and attention to detail keep us coming back.

My husband and I have been going to Invision Optometry for decades. We saw Dr. Kling for many years and for the last 10 have seen Dr. Ordonez. Both are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The assistants are very professional. We are always happy with our eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions as well as the selection of frames for glasses Another advantage of Invision is that the office has state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, which is important for detecting more serious eye conditions. A family member, who went to another optometrist, was diagnosed late with macular degeneration because her optometrist didn't have good screening equipment. In contrast, Invision screens our eyes every year and has several decades of records so they can catch any changes early, when treatment is most effective.

Great experience! Pablo, the optometrist technician was wonderful - not only friendly and considerate but explained things thoroughly and well. And Dr. Ordonez as well - also friendly, patient and great with explanations. I left feeling well taken care of - which is unusual at times in our busy world.
