Andrea Meagher, OD

Dr. Andrea Meagher (pronounced MAR) graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a major in Biology and a minor in Dance. She then went on to earn her doctorate degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. She completed extensive training on specialty contact lenses including scleral lenses for Keratoconus and orthokeratology lenses for myopia management at the Illinois Eye Institute and Silicon Valley Eye Physicians. Dr. Meagher also completed advanced ocular disease training at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Lexington, KY. She developed a passion for working with pediatric patients from her clinical experience in vision therapy.
In her spare time, Dr. Meagher enjoys cooking new recipes, walking her dog, fishing out on the ocean, and snow skiing.
