Great! Love the team! They made you a fancy espresso drink at check in with joy. I got a cappucino. Love the touch! Also, they adjusted my contacts so I don't need to use readers, which made me happy. I thought I was readers for life, so yay. Also, got some cool glasses for a good deal.
I went in for my first ever eye exam not knowing what to expect. The accepted my insurance, which was great because they are in walking distance. Scheduling was super easy, I'm even automatically scheduled for next year at the same time so I never miss my annual. The doctor and tech were both extremely nice and explained everything clearly. I learned a lot! I knew I needed glasses and they set me up right after, so now I have a pair on order. It was something I'd been putting off literally my whole life, and it ended up being incredibly easy. I'm really glad I went to Invision Optometry for my first visit.

This was my first visit as a new patient, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The facility is immaculate—very neat and well-kept with a genuinely relaxing ambiance. A huge convenience is the private patient parking lot, which made arrival completely stress-free. The staff were welcoming and professional. The gentleman at the front desk got me checked in immediately, and I want to specifically highlight Brenda, the technician. She was wonderful—professional, upbeat, and attentive to all my inquiries. Her instructions for the initial tests were crystal clear, and she worked with impressive efficiency: quick, sharp, and accurate. Dr. Kathryn Ordonez was equally impressive. She is a lovely person, very personable, and thorough. Finally, I need to give special recognition to Michaela. She was instrumental in coordinating my entire visit, from handling the initial scheduling over the phone to pre-ordering my specific Lindberg Thintanium frames. She walked me through the exact specifications for my lenses and finalized the payment with total seamlessness. As someone who pays attention to details, I truly appreciated the high standard of care from the entire team. Highly recommended.

The receptionist who greeted me upon arrival was very polite and friendly. I was called in to start my appointment right on time. All preliminary questions and tests were performed professionally and expeditiously. Dr. Ordonez was very thorough and upbeat as always. She ensured that I understood all of the results from her testing and clearly answered my questions. I never felt hurried throughout the entire process.
Dr. Ordonez is great! I've been going to Invision for over 10 years. The facility is very nice, the equipment is clean, new and modern, and the staff is great. Very friendly, very helpful. Highly recommend.
This is a first class medical facility. Each member of the staff was exceptionally qualified for their role. As an octogenarian, I have worked with many medical facilities. None match Invision Optometry.
